The year end tiebreakers are played just like the regular season entries.
Rank each game from one to four. In the event of ties, they will be resolved in the same
way as they were in the regular season games. (The player with the highest ranked losing game loses the tie).
In the event of a dead heat tie (identical entries) those players will go on to the next round of playoffs to resolve.
